She has proven herself to be committed, loyal and very hard working, and her light touch enables her to befriend all but to also navigate around some of the more challenging hires! She has a sound understanding of drama doc and global documentary filming, manages complex schedules and multiple currency budgets and has a good understanding of delivering to US Networks."
